ck443 Terms and Conditions — Please Read Before Using the Platform

1Acceptance of Terms

By creating a ck443 account, accessing the ck443 platform, or placing any wager or transaction through ck443, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not create an account or use any part of the ck443 platform.

These Terms and Conditions apply alongside ck443's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of a conflict between these documents, these Terms and Conditions shall take precedence unless otherwise stated.

2Eligibility

To register and use a ck443 account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the life of your account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. ck443 enforces a minimum age of 21, which is higher than the statutory minimum in many jurisdictions. Proof of age may be requested at any time.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You must not already hold an existing ck443 account. Registering a second account while an existing account is open, suspended or closed is a material breach of these terms.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information at registration including your legal name, date of birth, and registered mobile number. Providing false information to circumvent eligibility requirements is prohibited.

3Account Registration and Security

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your ck443 account credentials. The following rules apply to all registered accounts:

• You must not share your login credentials with any other person. ck443 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the account holder has shared their password.
• You must notify ck443 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. ck443 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for additional account security.
• ck443 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time, including before processing withdrawal requests. Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension.
• Each player may link a maximum of one bKash number, one Nagad number and one Rocket number to their ck443 account for payment purposes. Payment method changes are subject to re-verification.

4Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Terms

ck443 accepts deposits and processes withdrawal requests exclusively through the following Bangladesh payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. International payment cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted at this time.

The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions on ck443:

• Deposits are credited to your ck443 account balance in real time upon confirmed receipt from the payment processor. ck443 is not responsible for delays caused by your mobile financial service provider.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes advertised on the platform, typically within minutes for bKash and Nagad. Processing may be delayed if KYC verification is outstanding or if the withdrawal triggers an internal fraud review.
• Funds deposited for betting purposes may not be withdrawn without being wagered at least once, unless the deposit was made in error and no wagers have been placed. ck443 reserves the right to require proof of ownership for all payment methods linked to an account.

5Bonuses and Promotional Offers

ck443 offers bonuses and promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual offer:

• Bonuses are credited as bonus funds and are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each offer is stated on the offer page.
• Bonuses may only be used for real-money wagering on eligible games as specified per offer. Some games (typically live casino tables and low-margin table games) may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all towards meeting a wagering requirement.
• ck443 reserves the right to void a bonus and any winnings derived from it if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing opposing bets to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or using automated software to place bets.
• Bonuses that have not been used within the validity period specified in the offer terms will expire automatically and cannot be reinstated. Expired bonus funds are not withdrawable.

6Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ck443 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own identity or using the identity of another person. Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using any software, robot, script, algorithm or other automated means to interact with the ck443 platform, place bets or manipulate game outcomes.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent means, money laundering or any other criminal activity. ck443 cooperates with law enforcement authorities and reports suspicious transactions.
• Exploiting software errors, technical glitches or game malfunctions to gain winnings that would not have been achievable under normal operating conditions. Winnings obtained through exploitation of errors may be voided.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information at any stage of the account registration, verification or withdrawal process.

7Intellectual Property

All content on the ck443 platform — including but not limited to the ck443 brand name, logo, website design, software, graphics, text, game interfaces and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of ck443 or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the ck443 platform without prior written authorisation from ck443.

8Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ck443 and its affiliates, directors, employees, agents and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of account balances or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the ck443 platform.

ck443 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues and circumstances beyond ck443's control (including force majeure events) may cause temporary service interruptions. ck443 is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of service interruptions.

9Account Suspension and Termination

ck443 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• The account holder is found to have breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions, including the eligibility requirements, prohibited conduct rules or payment terms.
• ck443 has reasonable grounds to believe the account is being operated by a minor, by a self-excluded player or in a jurisdiction where use of ck443 is restricted.
• ck443 is required to close the account pursuant to a request from a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency or financial intelligence unit.

10Responsible Gaming

ck443 is committed to providing a safe and controlled gaming environment. ck443 provides all registered players with access to responsible gaming tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders and self-exclusion. These tools are accessible from your account settings panel at any time without needing to contact support.

Players who choose to self-exclude will be prevented from logging in to their ck443 account for the duration of the exclusion period. ck443 takes self-exclusion requests seriously and will not send promotional communications to self-excluded players during the exclusion period. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms that cannot be resolved through ck443's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration. Before initiating any formal dispute process, players are encouraged to contact ck443 support to seek an amicable resolution. ck443 aims to respond to all formal complaints within 5 business days.
